Renewals at HostPepper are processed automatically on the renewal date using the payment method you’ve provided. However, if the payment fails for any reason, the product will:
1. Be suspended for 5 days.
2. Be deleted a few days later if payment is still not received.
3. At that point, the product is considered cancelled and cannot be recovered.
Important Note: Please ensure that your email address is always up to date in your account settings. All renewal reminders and payment notifications are sent via email. If your email is outdated, you may miss critical alerts and risk losing your product permanently.
