When do I get the $25 reward?
You’ll receive $25 in wallet credit after your referred customer’s lifetime spend reaches $100. This reward is credited once per referred customer.
Who is eligible for the 20% discount?
New customers can redeem a referral discount once. It’s valid on their first purchase when a referral code is applied at checkout (and no other promo code is used).
Can I combine a referral code with another promo code?
No—referral discounts do not stack with other promo codes.
What counts toward the $100 lifetime spend?
It’s the referred customer’s total spend on HostPepper over time (including renewals/upgrades). Your dashboard will show the tracked progress.
How do cashouts work?
Cashouts are handled via Stripe Connect Express. You’ll complete onboarding once, then can request an instant (debit card) or standard (bank) payout when your wallet balance is at least $10.
What happens if a purchase is refunded?
Referral rewards are not reversed if a qualifying purchase is refunded.
